ordered a dozen smoke alarms and some extras, lost by freight company. Whilst this can't be blamed on PSL, their efforts to resolve this was very poor, basically handed over to me. We have a difference in opinion as to what services I bought from them; they think their job is done when the order is completed - I think it is when the order is delivered.
