Easy to connect and install. We got the magnetic plates to make it easier to install as we have very high ceilings, works like a dream! Remote was easy to install as well.

I was worried about putting in a linked system... however after reading the simple instructions it was an easy experience.
The only thing missing was a further description on testing the alarms after installation.... that you test just one alarm to test the network.... simple.

PSL are a great company to deal with, so helpful on the phone, they patiently answered my multiple questions. Product does what it says it will do. I love the way the smoke alarms can be stuck to the ceiling with little magnets. what a brilliant idea. No screws just sticky tape and magnets. So easy.
I should have bought one of these when I got the Smoke Alarms! So glad I have now. It is so much easier then poking around on the ceiling with a broom handle!

I'm much happier for my son living in his sleepout attached to the garage that there is now a heat alarm in the garage interconnected with the smoke alarm in his room to warn him if things go south. Similarly our main house now has a heat alarm in the kitchen and smoke alarms in all the bedrooms all interconnected. Installation was easy and no false alarms so far. My only regret is that I could have also purchased a remote to make hush and test easier!
These alarms are reasonable price. You can have heat alarms in the system for Kitchen and Bathroom. They can be installed DIY. The only negative is the 50second time frame for interconnection means that for a FENZ recommended set up, there needs to be more than one person pressing buttons. Really like them.
Hi Bruce, if you lay the smoke alarms out on a table and conenct them there then one person can connect them, the key is remembering which alarm is the master.
Quick delivery, easy to link up and install. The alarm themselves is not as loud or 'urgent' as the cheapies we've had though and we have left a couple of them up in the bedrooms as an insurance policy incase the psl alarms aren't loud enough to wake us at night otherwise very happy
