Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us at if you wish to return goods to us you can find the address on the website.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.



The couriers we use are certified Dangerous Goods Carriers. For the North Island are stock ships out of Auckland and in the South Island Christchurch. Please allow 3-5 days for your goods to arrive at their destination.
